![]() ![]() On the second day they were there, they had a bed bug that they found in their bed. The icing on the cake was, my brother and his fiance also stayed in a room there on a different floor, and they experienced a problem that made them leave and get a refund. I'd even be okay with every other day if they were short staffed. However we only received housekeeping for one day out of the six days. They have egg white omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, bresakfast bowls, hot coffee, two wafflemakers and plenty of continental options. Also there is a breakfast each morning that is good. We had 2 adults and 3 kids, with 2 queens and a pullout bed, that was plenty of space. We had a full size refrigerator, microwave, it was a mini suite. At this point we were done with the place so we just decided to tough it out. We got back to the hotel and nothing was done. I even called the afternoon of the next day when we left to remind them, the front desk said no problem. On Christmas Day they sent out a letter that there would be no housekeeping, so I requested for the next day and they said no problem. ![]() The only problem was, of the six days were were there, that is the ONLY day that we received housekeeping. No prob, we simply requested the next evening, and got in the next day we were there. The first night they told us they were short staffed because of the holiday, and we could not get housekeeping the next day. One thing we did notice was there was no hand soap to wash hands, no big deal, we requested and we received. We stayed for six days during the holiday season, Dec 21st to Dec 27 of 2022. ![]() Overall, yes, I'd recommend this hotel and probably stay there again.… Juice and yogurt was in a fridge nearby along with coffee/tea on the counter. Located to the right of the front desk was an area with cereal, Danish, bagels, plus some items you could hear up in your room like waffles, etc. Breakfast the next morning was a grab and go. Some colors were a little drab, and the chair in our room was quite torn. I can see why some people said hotel looked tired. I get it though, it happens, and was only one. We did find one cockroach in kitchen area. ![]() Kitchenette had a decent sized fridge, microwave, sink. Bed was comfy, shower strong, a/c worked well, etc. Long counter space, cabinets, and storage should you be staying for longer than 1 night. Studio was huge! I know based on the layout of each floor this room was slightly larger than others, but it was very large. The parking lot was packed! Found a spot and went up to our Studio (room 311 - 2 Queen Beds) and used the Digital Key. We used the Hilton App to check-in ahead of time and arrived after 9pm. The Hone2Suites White Marsh MD is conveniently located off I-95. This was my first visit to a Home2Suites property.
